Terms of Service

Effective August 19, 2026 · Last updated August 19, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They govern your license to and use of PostOnce.co, an independent software project and product name that is not represented as an incorporated entity. Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”) is the Merchant of Record and contractual seller for every paid transaction. Product access, fulfillment, and support are provided through PostOnce.co. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.

1. The service

PostOnce.co provides tools to prepare, schedule, publish, retry, and track delivery outcomes across connected websites, social networks, community services, and other destinations. Features vary by plan, connector status, account eligibility, destination policy, and third-party API availability.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, keep recovery information current, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

The launch service supports one live operator per workspace. You are responsible for connected destinations, publishing instructions, and activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of these terms or legal duty. If collaborative access is enabled later, you will also be responsible for invitations and member roles you control.

3. Connected platforms

You may connect only accounts, sites, bots, webhooks, developer apps, and other destinations you are authorized to use. You must comply with each destination’s terms, developer policies, content rules, rate limits, and permission requirements.

Destination platforms are independent services. They may review apps, charge API fees, limit access, reject content, change endpoints, or suspend accounts. PostOnce.co does not control those decisions and does not guarantee uninterrupted connector availability.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PostOnce.co a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to carry out your instructions.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content, audience targeting, connected accounts, and publishing instructions. You are responsible for disclosures, licenses, consents, accessibility information, and legal compliance applicable to the content.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use the service for unlawful content, deceptive impersonation, harassment, spam, malware, platform manipulation, unauthorized account access, or attempts to evade destination safeguards.

6. Plans, trials, and limits

Current plan prices and allowances appear on the Pricing page. A “destination publish” means one successful delivery to one destination. Drafts, approval actions, validation failures, and automated retries do not count. We may reasonably measure use to enforce plan and safety limits.

The 14-day core Pro trial does not require a card and includes up to 200 destination deliveries, 5 channels, 5 workflows, and 500 MB of media storage. API access and full paid allowances begin only after checkout. The workspace returns to Free if you do not choose a paid subscription. Trials may be limited to one per person, organization, or payment relationship. We may prevent trial abuse.

The 200-delivery trial allowance applies across the entire trial. Free allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Paid monthly delivery allowances reset on the subscription’s monthly anniversary, including monthly sub-periods within an annual subscription; the next reset is shown in Plan & usage.

If you reach a limit, new activity may pause until the next period or until you upgrade. We do not impose automatic overage charges unless you separately accept an overage or volume agreement.

7. Billing, renewal, and taxes

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed in advance in USD by Polar Software, Inc., our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until canceled. Polar is the contractual seller shown for the paid transaction and processes the payment, invoice, refund, and applicable transaction-tax details. PostOnce.co is the Supplier-facing product name and provides the software license, product access, fulfillment, and support described in these terms. By completing checkout, you also agree to the Polar Checkout Buyer Terms. You authorize Polar to charge the selected method for recurring fees, taxes, and purchases you explicitly approve.

You may cancel renewal through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law, the written offer, and Polar’s applicable buyer and refund terms. A refund and subscription cancellation are separate actions, so cancel renewal even if you also request a refund unless Polar or PostOnce.co confirms otherwise. Failed payment may lead to retries, limited access, or suspension after reasonable notice.

8. Changes to service or price

We may improve, add, remove, or discontinue features and connectors. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change significantly reduces a paid plan during its current term, unless the change is required urgently for security, law, or a destination platform.

Price changes apply no earlier than the next renewal after notice. You may cancel before the changed price takes effect.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address security risk, comply with law or a platform request, investigate misuse, enforce these terms, or address non-payment.

We may terminate for a material breach that is not cured after notice when cure is appropriate, or immediately for serious abuse, unlawful activity, credential compromise, or risk to users, platforms, or service infrastructure.

10. Intellectual property

The service, software, design, documentation, and branding are owned by PostOnce.co or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term. They do not transfer ownership.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee audience reach, engagement, revenue, destination acceptance, or continued third-party API access.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from these terms or the service.

PostOnce.co’s aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for PostOnce.co through Polar during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify PostOnce.co against third-party claims arising from your content, connected accounts, publishing instructions, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. This does not require indemnity for our own unlawful conduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms govern the paid transaction, including its stated governing-law and dispute provisions. For your license to and use of the PostOnce.co product, no additional exclusive governing law or forum is selected by the independent project; mandatory consumer protections and any non-waivable law or forum rights continue to apply.

Before filing a product or service claim, please send written notice to [email protected] and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution attempt. Payment, invoice, tax, refund, or checkout disputes may also be raised with Polar under its Buyer Terms.

15. General

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any accepted order form are the entire agreement about the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign the agreement without consent, except as part of a permitted business transfer; we may assign it in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale.
