The signed media request timed out before delivery completed.
Temporary failures retry gradually while respecting destination limits.

Plain-language usage: one successful publish to one destination counts as one publish. Scheduled and queued work temporarily reserves capacity, which is released on cancellation or a confirmed failure. Drafts and automated retries do not add another charge.
Trial: the 14-day core Pro trial needs no card and includes 200 deliveries, 5 channels, 5 workflows, and 0.5 GB of media. API access and full paid allowances start after checkout. It falls back to Free unless you choose a paid plan. Team invites, approvals, engagement analytics, and additional workspaces remain product previews and are not paid entitlements.
A multi-channel publishing tool lets you prepare one source, adapt it for several destinations, schedule delivery, and check each result in one place. PostOnce supports social posts, community messages, and owned articles; its platform directory shows which connectors are Live today.
Yes, with eligible connected accounts. Both are Live PostOnce connectors. Keep separate copy when needed, check the limit shown for each destination, then schedule one campaign and inspect the two delivery results. Posting to two destinations uses two successful-delivery units.
Create articles and social posts, or attach images and video. Each destination can receive its own copy; the platform page shows which formats each Live connector can deliver today.
No. PostOnce.co can preserve a URL, Markdown document, or full-text source and prepare conservative destination versions, defaults, and media requirements. A person or separately authorized agent should deliberately improve the final variants; PostOnce does not silently claim to generate platform-native creative or verify generated facts.
Only when you explicitly schedule a campaign or enable a signed source-webhook workflow. Role-based approval gates are visible in the product preview but are not yet a launch-ready entitlement.
Yes. Paid Pro and Agency workspaces can use scoped REST API keys, local stdio MCP, or the hosted PostOnce MCP endpoint with workspace-bound OAuth. Each exposes the same draft, channel, media, publish-plan, and delivery-status contracts. Public delivery is browser-reviewed by default; trusted direct publishing stays local and requires a separate high-trust scope plus explicit operator configuration.
The delivery log shows the platform response, retries temporary failures with backoff, and asks for a human decision when the content or account needs attention. Automated retries do not consume extra quota.
Beta connectors are in integration testing and are not yet self-service. Approval required means the platform must approve your app, account, or requested permissions before the connector can publish.
Yes. You get 14 days of the core Pro workflow without entering a card, capped at 200 deliveries, 5 channels, 5 workflows, and 0.5 GB. At the end, the workspace falls back to Free unless you deliberately choose a paid plan.
